Because our products are digital training courses, the following terms apply:
Digital Course Purchases
Our courses include immediate and full access to digital educational materials such as:
- Video lessons and recordings
- Downloadable resources
- Templates, tools, or bonus materials
- Certificates, if applicable
Once access has been granted, all sales are final and non-refundable, as digital content cannot be returned.
Eligible Refund Circumstances
A refund may be approved only in the following exceptional cases:
- You were charged by mistake (duplicate payment)
- You purchased the course but never accessed any of the content
- A technical error on our side prevented access and we couldn’t resolve it
To request a refund under these conditions, you must contact us within:

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You have accessed any course content (videos, modules, downloadable files)
- You changed your mind or personal schedule doesn’t allow you to continue

- Your NGO/organization did not approve the tuition after the purchase
