Meet our TEAM
Borana Resulaj, Founder
Borana Resulaj is a Finance and Grants Manager with 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and with UN agencies. She graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, with a Master of Science in Accounting and Auditing. She also holds a Master’s in European Union Affairs from the Centre International de Formation Européenne (France) and is an ACCA finalist (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, London). She is a prizewinner in the Strategic Business Leader ACCA exam, achieving the highest mark in Albania and ranking 28th in the world among 5,000 students. Borana has worked for national NGOs in Albania, UNDP in Albania, international foundations in the Netherlands and France, and the UNFPA Representation office in Brussels. She teaches parttime at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, covering the subjects of Management Accounting and Accounting Information Systems. Borana possesses extensive knowledge of financial management systems in the nonprofit sector and is dedicated to enhancing the accountability and transparency of these NGOs’ executive staff toward their stakeholders.
